Refund Policy

Refunds and Returns

 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for personalised or custom-made items unless they are incorrect due to an error on our part. Please double-check all custom text and order details before submitting, as we cannot accept responsibility for customer input errors.

 

If your item arrives damaged in transit, we will assist you in raising a claim with the delivery provider, provided your order was shipped using a tracked or insured service. We photograph all packaging prior to dispatch to document the condition of your item at the time of posting. We are not liable for damage caused during shipping, particularly if an untracked or uninsured delivery option was selected.

 

Items returned without prior agreement will not be processed. Used, washed, or altered items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

 

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be incorrect due to an error on our part.
